Project Scope
All carpentry services will be executed according to the agreed project specifications. Any alterations must be approved in writing before work commences to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. Please note that late payments may incur additional fees, which we want to avoid.
Material Quality
We use high-quality, durable materials for all projects. Any substitutions will be communicated promptly and approved before use to maintain project integrity.
Worksite Safety
Clients must ensure that the worksite is safe and accessible. We are not liable for accidents caused by unsafe conditions, so please take necessary precautions.
Warranty
All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of one year from completion. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or external factors beyond our control.
Project Delays
We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supply chain issues, or client-induced changes that may arise unexpectedly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may incur a cancellation fee, which we hope to avoid for both parties.
Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property during working hours. We are not responsible for incomplete work due to restricted access, so please ensure availability.
Environmental Responsibility
We commit to environmentally responsible practices, including proper disposal of waste and sustainable material use whenever possible to minimize our ecological footprint.
Insurance
We carry liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries that occur during the course of our work, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.
